Alfred Toth, Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT 200.
I am a self described Renaissance Man. A master gardener, vegetarian/vegan chef and yoga teacher with over 2600 hours of teaching experience.
I began practicing yoga in 2000 and started teaching in 2003.
I also worked as an Outdoor Wilderness Guide at SDSU and for 4 years led Yoga/Rock-climbing Retreats to Joshua Tree National Park.
Then in January of 2009 I moved to South America and for the next 5 years I taught at my own studio in Cusco, Peru, as well as the Kapievi Eco-Village in the Amazon.
In 2014 I moved to Central Mexico where I taught Vinyasa yoga 5 days a week at Esencia Yoga Spa.
Finally in December 2020 I decided to make Chelan WA. my home.
I studied with Kathy Lee Kappmeier, B.K.S. Iyengar and Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois.
“I teach more of a Vinyasa style, while integrating details from the Iyengar tradition, but really I teach to the students I have in the class at that moment”. Its all “just yoga”.

Hi Al, as you said today-I will see you around in the city. small world as it is - I bought yoghurt and saw your website. there are no coincidences- do you agree to that?
I might go to Bolivia for a couple of days, my visa expires. seems to be the simplest way to get a new visa- instead of paying about 900 S/. per month. I like the photos- yoga in the beatiful nature. I also love yoga- only since I am traveling I didn't practise - miss it. see you maybe next week.. Greetings from San Blas Ingrid
