Early in 2005 I went to the YogaFit-Mind, Body, Fitness Comference in Redondo Beach, Ca. for there Level One Training. In addition to the formal class you are requried to teach 8 hours of yoga as a community service to complete the training. I chose to teach at the Bayside Community Center in San Diego to a group of 30 kids between the ages of 8-12. At the time it was one of the most challanging things I had done. The kids loved it!! And their teacher was very impressed by the effect yoga had on the kids. Following are just a few images documenting this experience.
