As you can see from the two Chinese women in the background, it had started to rain. This was one concern that we had; the Bernina Express was a scenic trip and we certainly didn't want to be fogged in or just be staring out at a sea of greyness. It was indeed grey and wet as we made our way north (for the most part) but overall the weather wasn't too bad.
