The lower one, I'm sure about. The holy symbol of Fiat is clearly visible in the building below. (Well, motoring is a religion in Italy anyway. In Rome it's probably more closely associated with the practice of kamikaze rather than Catholicism.)
The one on the hill, I'm less certain about. Even zoomed all the way in, I can't be certain whether there is a religious icon on top of that steeple or not. If not, it's just a tower. But it wouldn't be unusual to see a church in that location.
