This is perhaps a more appealing view of Lake Como, although the humidity in the air and the amount of reflection and refraction going on may not completely do it justice. We had already started to notice a few buildings which were taking on more of a Swiss than an Italian appearance, but Italian architecture was still fairly common. The roofs of these houses are case in point.
I wonder how much one of those places would cost. On the other hand, I probably don't want to know.
