As I mentioned in the previous image, the original Stokehouse at St Kilda burnt down. It took them a while to rebuild. Finally sick of being asked when they'd do so, they decided to "own" the burnt concept. Look through the windows at the wall; note the "burnt" appearance of the wall, painted black below and white above.
