When this shot was taken summer was on its way out. However one industrious bee (plus some unseen colleagues) was still out collecting the season's nectar.

Color is great and the bee really sets off the space of the sky. I really like the crispness.

The sharp detailed capture really shows the delicacy and lovely colour of the blossoms. No wonder the bees like it. ~V~

Was getting a bit confused until I checked the date! Love the rich colour of this plant (not one that grows in our cool climes) against the blue sky. Buzzing bee is a bonus.
