The Icarex 35s, made in RFA Germany (1960), produced by Zeiss Ikon. It could not compete with Japanese production.

This one is the BM model (using a bayonet); there was a similar one called SM (using 42mm screw mount) which was more parctical, since the bayonet was a very particular one.
Although well built cameras, they were not pleasant to use, particularly because the poor viewing system.
