Meanwhile in Texas…


Next time I go down south I am thinking maybe it’s time to go explore Texas.
It has been almost 50 years since I have been there and it was just in west Texas.
I have some history there and with some Texans, mostly good, but not going into that.
Next winter I am thinking I’ll take my own personal photo journey
to look for what they are talking about when it comes to Texas.

Oddly! This is how I ended up out by the Texas state line, but it got me thinking…

Well, I have thought of visiting every county in England on one big trip, which in terms of area is a lot smaller than Texas.

That's what I need to do too, a road trip, I want to follow Highway 61 all the way from Canada to Loisiana, an stay in cheap hotels along the way. A fine image.

I need a road trip, too, and I haven't been to Texas in 40 years. Sounds like a good idea for someday.
