(Buddha's hand)
A strange young bush/shrub/tree (can't tell yet, its in its early years)
Son-in-law brought my attention to this odd looking fruit growing along the garden that
borders their place and the neighbours yard. I Googled the fruit and discovered its
used more for fragrance and religious offerings in temples. The peel can be candied and used in
Western cooking, often used for zest, the pith is not as bitter as other citrus fruits can be.
