Osteospermum - pink veld daisy. We have a HUGE patch of this growing, and the daisies
only open when the sun shines, as soon as a cloud comes over all the daisies close up.

Here's a small section of the patch - they've just started an early spring flush.


Note for the local "down unders" the snakes are awake, a friend who owns a
rose nursery ran over one yesterday with his ride-on mower!
