why ders not much cases of hi blood before? kasi di ba ang hilig ng mga kabitenyo sa baboy at karne? no offense meant ok?,cos during those times hogs were feed by leftovers tken fr d neigbours(kanin baboy)and hogs are grazed cos there were still plenty of empty lots but now hogs and cattle are injected with kinda chemicals to speed up their beefing same with the chickens dat time they were jus hanging roung d trees lukin for their food and some on d roofs,and at sunset owners will be colin them to feed palay tken fr bigas na pinagpilian ng mga bato at palay and some secure on their cages sarap talaga nung araw...por eso retira ya nesos todo hahahah......vale cruz clan san antonio,cavite city

Oh yeah! I still remember in one of the Fiestas, my mom was taking care of a very fat pig. The celebration came and poor fat beast had to be sacrificed for the sake of starving visitors. Right after about three grueling hours on top of the burning coals, the bamboo stick where the already cooked animal gave. Boy...the cook was just bewildered, he immediately grabbed for some news papers in his escapade to save the lechon. He was successful with his saving act and delivered it with no other incident...and I had both crispy ears for Fiesta-Lunch....hmmm!

sarap naman nyan I remember my lolo during fiesta laging naglelechon sa likod bahay ng lolo ko!!
