Dec 11: Sunset, hurlers

Sunset at the Hurlers, an ancient stone circle at Minions. An abandoned mine building in the background shows that this place has been used for thousands of years. We know what the mines were for, but purpose of the stone circles is a mystery. My guess, some ancient, long forgotten ball game. A stone age version of White Hart Lane!
