I'd been trying to get some pictures of one of my guitars, the 62 Hofner. Rosie had been sitting watching. The lights were set up, and I'd got my shot, but then decided to grab some shots of her too. Well, in the end, I had more Rosie shots than Hofner shots, and this one just had to be PotD...

BTW - I've given up on iPhoto as my image library app and I've switched over to iView Media Pro. iPhoto, though great at first was just too slow to be usable once the image library got bigger than about 2,500 photographs. iView is faster and does more, but the intersting thing is that after I'd migrated all the files across, I had an extra 4gb free space on the hard drive...
