I noticed that there was an embedded color profile. Web pictures should us sRGB. Consequently, I've converted the original to sRGB. No further adjustments were made for this picture. Using the convert option, the result that you see here should look close to the way the original picture looks when using the Camera RGB profile (whatever that is).
