Guineas seems to be the general consensus pick from the majority of those that have offered ID's.... Whop & Daggo were elluded too in one guinea Id reply elsewhere too... No worries though, both our names end with a vowel so we a can all chuckle without worry of being PC... ;-}

I'd agree with shorebirdbob, they definitely look like guinea fowl to me.

I had these at my country home in Maryland. They are guinea fowl. The best watch dogs, plus they feed on ticks.

We used to have them on our farm in Texas and we called them guineas. They roosted in the pecan trees and made an awful racket when they were agitated.

Screechie plumpers, I have absolutely no clue as to thier breed but they had pretty much
all territorial rights to the general vacinity & let me know it, in no uncertain terms..
