I was quite a distance away. I'm not sure just how far. At wide angle, the Panda was a spot in the tree. But I used the B-300 on my Uzi.
To get this particular shot of the Panda hidden in the tree, I had to sit on the ground. Plus I also had to shoot between a physical barrier of a fence blocking the view. It was a bit tricky. However having waited for about a half hour to get an "interesting" shot, I was determined.
Other Zoo visitors were stepping over me and acting like I was out of my mind. LOL. I was lucky that my mom was with me and not my hubby. She has the patience to wait out a good photo with me. He doesn't.
