Chris..I have to take them when they are in bloom. The roses are gone almost as soon as they blossom. This is a clematis and it has a longer life, but I get excited when they first arrive. I love Spring and Summer!

Very nice shot. I like the brown tips and the texture of the petals. It's amazing how eye catching this flower is. Lovely!

You get a lot of floral shots, and this may be your best. Just a lot of great detail throughout. I dislike the creative framing, in fact, because I think this is a very strong shot and the framing is a little distracting IMO. Love how wide open and inviting the bloom is and how there are dried bits left on the petals. Very natural.
