From their own ceramic workshop, I think the pattern/glace is called Confetti.
And the birdbath itself has a huge rhubarb leaf as mold.
Made of concrete.
And the roses? "Tommelise" says the sign.

Today we did the huge camera swap. I´m the owner of 3 new cameras and 4 lenses.
Oops! But I´m going to sell most of the stuff, though I fell in love with the Panasonic DMC-G3 camera and 42-200mm lens. Might keep them!
