Stupid plaster cast.
It´s getting itchy.
A knitting needle is perfect for scratching under it ;o)
And those really long cable ties, they´re ribbed on one side.

I had to laugh! I remember having a cast on as a small child and using my Mothers knitting needles to stop the itch as well. Some things never change.
