Portraits of a Retirement Home

Home Ter Vlierbeke is a retirement home for 90 elderly people - in this series I will paint a portrait of life in this home and portraits of some of its inhabitants. Each inhabitant has his or her own room with a bathroom, and each of the three floors have one or two common rooms, as well as a communal activities room, library and cafe.
