Return to Yunnan, SW China, 2018

Images from a return visit to Lijiang and Shangri-La (Zhongdian) in Yunnan, one of China's most diverse provinces. Lijiang is the cultural centre of the Naxi, a minority people related to Tibetans, whilst the so-called Shangri-La is a largely Tibetan ethnic city. Tiger Leaping Gorge, claimed to the world's deepest, lies en route between the two.

The 2018 images were taken with Nikon D300 using RAW format, and are available for licensing.
