Built in 1250 on a glacial moraine by Wilhelm Tarant, Brunnenburg Castle takes its name from a nearby fountain.
Today, Brunnenburg Castle not only houses the Agricultural Museum of South Tyrol, but also serves as a cultural exchange center.
