This is a long duration image again showing the slow shift of the signal. There is about a 2 minute 15 second step down in frequency about 230 Hz seen.

If you cut the step section out and shift it right you will find it lines up perfectly with the original drifting tones. This would seem to indicate the drift rates are stable regardless of RF or center frequncy.
