While watching the 13881.2 kHz signal (no other freqs heard at my location at that time) starting at 1320 UTC on August 11, 2009 the signal shifted freq and paused (went off the air) several times. This image (5 minutes and 40 seconds total run time) shows a pause from 1338:37 to 1340:21.
The audio analysis program was allowed to continue running during the off air time and when the signal came back on air it can be seen that the drift remained constant during the off air time.
On three of the tone lines I have added a green line connecting the stop and start points, you can see that the line continues pretty much stright on.
