27 July 2008: Did a day walk in the snow with my friend Brad. We walked up the Bluff from the Bluff Carpark mid morning on Sunday. It was a steep walk getting to the cliff, getting stuck in waist deep snow in places. It was a short but challenging straight ascent up the final cliff to the summit plateau then a short walk to the summit. It was followed by a gentle walk along the top with our snowshoes past the Blow Hole, Mt Eadley Stoney before going down to Bluff Hut. It was a short easy walk back to the car along the snow covered road afterwards.
