Bogong High Plains

26-27 November 2005:
Spent a magic weekend on Bogong High Plains, Pretty Valley area with a group of 16 from YHA Bushwalking Club. We walked from near Pretty Valley Pondage Campsite on Day 1 to Mount Cope, Ryders Yards, passed Cope West Aqueduct and camped by High Plains Creek. Day 2 involved a visit to Mt Jim and back to the starting point passing by Pretty Valley Pondage. Saw 2 brumbies running around amongst the wild flowers and it's pure magic! Lovely trip!
