I don't know anything as much fun as making "first tracks" in newly fallen powder. This is a view of the tracks left by the first few skiers
that came down this slope in the morning. One time at Crested Butte, we were among the first skiers on the mountain, and we made first
tracks on one of the runs. It is exhilarating, and I cannot describe the joy of carving through the fresh powder. This scene brings back that memory.
