Immature male Blue Wren

These birds are notoriously shy.
I have been lucky enough to find a family that are not shy.
This young male permitted me to take a number of shots.
This was the last, he was in the process of flying off.

This is wonderful Elaine. the tail is amazing. So glad there are wrens around there that are relatively tame. PS a belated Happy Birthday for the 4th of July. How could we forget the 4th of July !! We won't, again !!
