Pat, this is a great shot! Not only did you have the right gear (your DSLR with a 400 mm was right-on!) but you had your 'finger on the trigger', as flying Whoopers wait for no man... or woman! Nice... gliding over the Sandhills below, who seem oblivious and less than caring about the 2 larger white, rare adult cousins just above them!
