I hired Lavenda about 10 years ago and have watched this lady grow from a very quiet young woman to a very sophisticated lady. Lavenda came here from Liberia where she endured Civil War and had horrible conditions to live in until she came to the U.S. She is now a United States citizen and has put herself through college, has two wonderful sons and is a fabulous wife to her husband, Nathaniel, also from Liberia. She is very intelligent and beautiful and has come a long way since I first met her. I took her under my wing and although she has moved up within the company and no longer works for me, she is like a daughter to me. I'm so very proud of her. I love you so much, LaV!
