Okay, this guy was sitting on the side of a busy highway yelling at cars and throwing stuff as I drove over to Staples to fax something. When I was headed back the police were there questioning him. I think he was out of it, either on drugs or mental issues. Soon afterwards an ambulance showed up so I'm not sure what happened after that.
