We saw these two on the street, exchanging money and a package....thought it could be a drug deal or the guy in white was buying the other guy alcohol. Either way, bad situation. Aiding the addiction is not a good thing.

addiction should be considered a desease not a crime. But politician will never learn. Over here it's starting to change, hope we will become as progressive as some european countries too.
