If you notice that the nose is longer for the top piece than the bottom. This way the nose will drop and be a ramp (the nose cone in this image is split between the top of the cone and the interior top of the deck of the the lover part of the cone). This simplifies my construction of the nose cone and gives me an easy space to place a light or three in the nose.
