Just after Christmas and we are in short sleeves, what a beautiful day. Water was up so we sailed to a rare destination, Hogans Creek. The best time to be out, with a heated cabin you can enjoy the lake just about year round. Plus the sky is a little darker, stars a little brighter. On the night of the meteor shower we counted around twenty shooting stars per hour, one was a skimmer and filled sixty percent of the night sky.
