"Cleaned" it up a bit and then ran Screen Mask Shadow Reduction action (set to 70% opacity). Flattened and copied to PSP8. Applied Edge Preserving Smooth (I just can not seem to find a method to duplicate EPS in PS7). Copied back to original in PS7. Added a layer mask and painted eyes and mouth back in. Applied texture.
