Wine Grotto
by Denise

Fenestra Winery, Livermore, CA

The "grotto" is a hole in a very old stone wall
at the winery. I liked this image because
of the sun star.

Great capture - I love the colors, textures, and the little star!

Very cool shot Denise! I like the diagonal composition, the triangular opening, and the little sun star. Nice entry for the challenge!

Denise - I really, really like this. And as Helen said - the sun star is a perk.

Thanks, Helen. I had Howie's help because the hole in the wall was over my head!! Nope, I never got the H9. There were features I liked....the grid for one but there were other things I didn't like so I stuck with the H5. This shot was number 18,027!!!!!

What a lovely composition, with great color and light. And I agree, that sun star is a nice bonus. Out of curiosity, I notice you have been using the H5 recently, but I thought you had an H9?
