Very nice night painting with the lights almost backlit against the dark sky...the complimentary colors of blue and yellow enhance the atmosphere of the shot.

Daniel B. I could tell you something more about it: first try I did was using Photomatix plugin, and the result was horrible for me. Honestly, I didn´t know why. So I tried it combining them manually and I got a better result. More, I had to dim a litlle darker the sky to hide the ISO noise. I hope it helps.
