I like the composition and color here along with the cyclist obviously ignoring the big, detailed drawing of the system. Helen

Thank your Adam, for commenting.... I have tried to boost saturation a bit...
What I want to say? Not precisely a statement here...it's just a contrast. I liked the attitude and probably he was ignoring the subway image...

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say here Barbara - the cyclist is better for the environment than the tube? The cyclist is tired out and will be grateful for the subway? The cyclist is out of date now the subway's arrived, despite his futuristic appearance? The cyclist is relaxed around the subway, so they can get along together?

Meaning aside, the lighting is VERY harsh - taken around midday? There's also a lot of softness - the diagram looks like it's in focus and would benifit from some USM. I'm not so sure about the cyclist, it can't be motion blur at 1/200, so I'm left guessing at your focal point.

The composition is nice, obeying the rule of 3rds works here. I like the way the diagram is so large that we almost accept it as the image - but then we look outside and see reality. And the posture of the cyclist is good - very relaxed.

I would give it a saturation boost though - there's some nice colours but they're a bit washed out with the lighting. Adam Bramley
