A couple of suggestions for improvements - I'd like to see a crop without the area around the glass - entirely filling the frame with the glass and the building. At the moment I can see around the edges - the grey on the left and the other side of the building on the right. Both of these detract for me.
I'd also like to see some more contrast/saturation. The whole image appears a tiny bit flat - the exif says 10:30 so I guess the sun was approaching full power. There's a lot you can do here in PP though.
And finally I'd like to see a few of the obstructions dealt with, either through PP or by retaking the shot - the lampposts, the wires etc. They all detract from the central idea.
The shot does work though - the building (real) and the reflection - unreal in the sense that it's not there as well as the warped quality given to it by the glass. I like this shot a lot :)
