Thanks guys, but I'm actually a bit disappointed with the sky. I'd hoped for big things from the polarising filter I was using, but the sun location wasn't at all favourable and I couldn't get a proper look at it from further south -- other trees in the way. I've used Peter iNova's "iPolarizeSky" PS Action on this, and tried it on others, but I've become a bit disenchanted with the blotchiness it leaves. I think I'll stick to manual treatment in future.

Mexiwolf, it was a warm and pleasant day as it happened, but this is a bit deceptive. It was in Melbourne's Royal Botanic Gardens and tropical trees like these aren't indigenous in this, the cooler end, of Oz ;-)

Really a beautiful shot Mike! The dark blue sky makes a perfect background and you've done a nice job on the frame. I really like it.
