The Theory of Relative Association
by

A bit of light hearted tribute to Einstein. Very loosely based on his equation e=mc2 (superscript). Here the cheese cake represents mass which when illuminated by two spot lights converts energy to power the rowing machine. I bet the good professor never considered this.

Is techo-surrealism a recognised artistic discipline? Marvellous quirky idea; Rube Goldberg would be delighted :-) - Mike

Is that: Eating (e) = Munching (m) Cherry Cheesecake (c squared)? Too tempting? Fremiet

kt, I like your interesting "theory" and the way you demonstrate it as a photo here. It certainly convinces me that I should be able to eat more cheesecake! :) I like your unusual subject matter, the angled composition, and the selective focus/lighting effect. MFC

Thank you Guy and Helen for your comments. I have to admit that Nobel medal would look pretty good around my neck. Unfortunately I have made some assumptions that may not hold up to scrutiny.

I think the world just found himself the next Nobel Prize winner in physics:-) What a beautiful shot, and a great idea. I love the blur in the background. Well done! Guy
