Trish, beautiful play of "light" and "dark" here...nice, layered composition. I esp like how the strong light pierces the dark cloud & seems to give the water its subtle glow. Ominous...with a feeling of awe & anticipation. Nice photo. MFC

It looks a little eerie, but it definitely compels you to look deeply towards "The Light". And the way you have captured the water....so 3D looking is simply amazing. And the Backlit clouds are just outrageous. Nice photo...nice processing! Bill B

Very beautiful Rich tones of black here contrasted by opalescent whites;;The opening truly looks otherly- dimensional as it leaks its light revealing the horizon..great capture and IR technique.
