Thanks Mike, almost all kids in elementary school learn to play ukulele in Hawaii. The 4 strings and small size make it easier for kids. I took private lessons for 3 years. Wish I still had my mom's old rosewood martin ukulele, but it got lost somewhere along the way. This one is my daughter's.

I can hear it, Richard...the sounds go well together :) Good idea and a beautiful shore scene. Nice lighting, composition, and contrast here. Lovely color tones...I like the brooding sky too. Nice photo...do you play? MFC

(*) Richard, the only thing I might experiment with would be the slightly different perspective/comp of swinging the neck of the ukulele a little more toward the viewer within the lower right quadrant of the photo, keeping everything else the same. Nice "as it is" too. MFC
