I don't know what this guy is... he/she is about thigh-high and mostly black. The interesting thing (in addition to the huge beak) was the eyes - they have "eyelashes" and the eye protrudes quite far out of the bird's skull, allowing it to articulate in a wide range. It was hard to get a good shot; the birds didn't want to move much and I was shooting through a chain link fence.
