My sincere opinion.
the most:overall mood, elements, light, "hands performance", expression;
the least: fingers cut, table and bowl "tilting" (for my taste, the wide-angle distortion and the dramatic mood intended on this scene, don't match), too much dof (the background out of focus, or, at least, on a second level, would help to increase the main elements' impact).

Such a long "poem" to say I like this picture a lot.
