This past Saturday I joined the Seattle Flickrites as a guest on a "Trash the Dress" shoot they were holding at the now defunct Northern State Hospital in Sedro-Wooley Washington.

It never ceases to amaze me what generous, sharing people photographers are. This group provided models, a beautiful location, and friendly companionship which all led to a great afternoon of shooting.

I live on the other side of the Puget Sound, but made myself available on this day because the info I found online suggested that the old NSH site might be a good location for photographing old buildings, etc. The models in wedding dresses were an added bonus.

The young lady pictured here is the lovely Valerie. She was a pleasure to work with, and a good sport about it all. Thanks
