While on our hike today we saw these little pink Alpine Shooting Stars carpeting the aspen forest floor. I had to try to get a photo. The wildflowers of all sorts carpet the meadows, forests and ridges. It was such a great hike and a beautiful day.

The trail went right down through this alpine meadow that was carpeted with purple and blue delphinium, along with various yellow flowers. Here is a meadow that the trail went through.
