...Does anyone have any more 'period' photos of the Alan Johnson Racing 1973 RSR? Hopefully before being upgraded to 74' specs... For now, please take a look these.

(May 2007) I was told this RSR was recently restored to the original factory 1973 spec.

I think you can find out by looking in Dr Konradsheims book. Or we can ask John Starkey, who offered me the car in the first place.

I, however, think it the same car.

Oh my GOD!!!! You may be right! But could it just also be a coincidence?

How do we know “for sure” that this 1973 RSRhttp://www.pbase.com/slidevalve911rsr/image/53359325 and this other 911 RSRhttp://www.pbase.com/slidevalve911rsr/911rsr_factory_1973_rsr_sn9113600853_alan_johnson_recent is the same RSR?

Now you got me going! ; )

Alas, should you not make the conection to the R&T test of the same car? Kind of cool to present it 32 year after! I think 0614 is here somewhere... And I have pictures of a 1974 RSR that is said "to have been rebuilt to RS spec. at the factory" after a bigger crash. More later.
