Finaly made it out for a ride again today, ride days for me are to few these dyas and i am paying for it with my health, not good!
After a weekend of rain i woke to a sunny start so i plugged in my Ipod and saddled up, first five mins were nice and sunny, sadly the big F*$k off rain cloud had other ideas and decided to soak me for the remaining 40mins of my ride, so bck home and a warm cappuchino and to dry out.....oh as i pulled up at my house the sun came out again...GRRRRRRRRR, ah well at least i rode today, so not all bad.
